Out-Licensing

SHI Link currently has the following technologies available for partnering:
  • A fully human anti-CD4 antibody, zanolimumab, in phase III clinical trials for Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma (CTCL). Worldwide rights are available.
  • Sopherion Therapeutics' phase III oncology therapeutic, Myocet, is available in North America. Myocet is a novel doxorubicin formulated in a unique nanotechnology delivery vehicle under investigation for the treatment of Her2+ metastatic breast cancer in combination with paclitaxel and trastuzumab.
  • Bionor Immuno is seeking a worldwide corporate licensing partner(s) for Vacc-4x, an HIV immunotherapeutic product in late stage clinical testing.
  • Progenesis Technologies' alginate technology is available for licensing worldwide. The technology enables bacteria to continually produce high amounts of alginate at a lower cost than current processes and is broadly applicable to wound care products, moisture absorbency in diapers and women's health products, skin care products, etc.

SHI Link is also assisting Allon Therapeutics in its business development efforts.

In-Licensing

SHI Link currently is engaged to find:
  • Mid to late stage therapies in oncology, supportive care, pain and HIV.
  • SHI Link has been engaged by Cipher Pharmaceuticals to assist in the evaluation of reformulated opportunities at any stage of development in the areas of oncology, oncology supportive care, pain, CNS, dermatology, GI and ophthalmology.
  • SHI Link currently assists Cubist Pharmaceuticals in the evaluation of acute care in-licensing opportunities.
  • SHI Link is also assisting Allon Therapeutics in its business development efforts.
  • SHI Link has a strategic partnership with Zoticon Bioventures to identify in-licensing assets as investment opportunities.
